📚🎨 OlyReads Bookmark Contest 2026Calling all OSD student artists and readers! The annual OlyReads Bookmark Contest is back, and students in kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to create an original bookmark design.
Students can combine their love of reading and creativity for a chance to have their artwork advance from their school to the districtwide contest!
📅 Contest begins: Oct. 5, 2026
📅 Student entries due to schools: Nov. 12, 2026
Entries will be judged in the following grade-level groups:
📖 Kindergarten-Grade 1
📖 Grades 2-3
📖 Grades 4-5
📖 Grades 6-8
📖 Grades 9-12
Each school will select a winner from its eligible grade-level groups to advance to the districtwide OlyReads Bookmark Contest.
Students should check with their school library or teacher for contest rules, bookmark templates and information about how to submit their design.
Grab your pencils, markers and imagination and show us what reading means to you! We can’t wait to see what our OSD students create. 📚✨
