South Wales Property Meet is a friendly group of property investors and associated trades who meet monthly. This is an open invitation meeting and should be attended by anyone looking to expand their knowledge into property investing, or make good connections within the South Wales property investment community.
For November, we have two excellent guest speakers. Firstly, we have Simon Micklethwaite from Redkite, a short term lender that provides funding for property acquisitions such as properties requiring refurbishment or speedy purchase, such as auction buys.
Followed by Craig Palfrey from Penguin Wealth who will speak about protecting your legacy for generations to come. If you are building a property portfolio it is wise to know how to protect it!
In addition to the two presentations, we have time for open networking. Sandwiches and Fries are provided so if you are heading straight from work, you won;t go hungry!!
We start at 6:30pm for informal networking and the presentations start at 7pm. We're usually finished before 9pm, but plenty of the guests continue to network.
If you are seasoned investor, or a newbie, you will be made to feel very welcome indeed.
