Step into the spontaneous spirit of Soup O’Tha Day, a dance workshop series from Cantilever Collective that stirs up a nourishing mix of movement, music, and community. Each session is improvised, ephemeral, and open to all—no dance experience required. With live-mixed soundscapes, playful prompts, and space to move freely, these workshops invite you to explore connection, curiosity, and joy through your own body’s language.
One day’s “special” will never be the same as the next. Come as you are. Move how you feel.
Wednesday morning sessions are presented as part of Wellness Wednesday! Come early to enjoy complimentary bread, soup and coffee in our garden, beginning at 10 a.m., or join at 9 a.m. to participate in mindfulness meditation.
