About this Event
Welcome to Soundmates!
What it is:
Share Your Track: Take a breath from your week - Bring a song that is meaningful (or just making you feel feels) to you right now. Maybe the one you’ve been blasting in your car or keeping you anchored or in wonder (Depending on the day we may cap songs at 2 min)
- Listen in Presence: We allow the room to experience the music together in immersive, collective presence. We begin with a minute of a grounding/breathing exercise.
- Reflect: We close each song with light, organic conversation about the visceral, physical experience of the sound and where it takes us.
By bypassing the usual social scripts and diving straight into the songs that move us, we create an immediate, authentic thread with those around us.
The beautiful thing is that every single session is a limited edition. Because we never know exactly who will sign up, each circle brings a completely new group of humans and a fresh, community-curated soundtrack. It’s a unique, alive experience that will never happen the exact same way again.
Come share a piece of your world, enjoy a rare sensory experience, and see who you vibe with!
Please bring an open heart and a song.
Suggested donation amount for Raleigh Soundmates is $10-15 to cover venue cost and protect the space.
No musical/music education background required at all.
Look forward to us being together!
