About this Event
Jan's sound relaxation sessions conjure up a beautiful soothing atmosphere for you to immerse yourself in over lunchtime and into the afternoon. Drift along to the sounds of the shamanic drum, wind gong, ocean drum and shakers and alleviate the stresses of daily life.
It is not recommended that you attend sound relaxation if any of the following apply to you:
- In the first 3 months of pregnancy.
- Have epilepsy, seizures or an ‘unmanaged’ mental health condition (such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, or any form of complex trauma).
- Severe heart conditions.
You may be more sensitive to sound therapy if you have: metal plates; recently had surgery, broken bones or other major physical injuries; have a pacemaker; or if you suffer from tinnitus.
