Professional Practice is a two-day intensive for sound and wellness practitioners ready to launch or grow their business.
The weekend brings together the business knowledge and practical judgment needed to turn your skills into a profitable practice. We’ll explore how to present your work, attract clients and pursue opportunities across private sessions, public events, retreats, corporate wellness and hospitality.
You’ll apply the teaching directly to your own business, with dedicated working time and feedback throughout.

Understand the decisions that shape your practice from the beginning, including how you establish your business and protect what you’re building.
Positioning Your Work & Developing Your Offerings
Make the value of your work easier to understand. Develop offerings that reflect your strengths and respond to what people are willing to pay for.
Pricing & Profitability
Build the judgment to price your work, assess opportunities and make decisions that support your income over time.
Professional Presence & Marketing
Develop a more effective presence across your website and social media. We’ll explore how people discover your work, what builds trust and how to use current tools, including AI, without losing your voice.
Events, Partnerships & New Opportunities
Understand what it takes to create your own programming and work with venues or organizations. We’ll consider both the opportunity and the responsibility involved in expanding where you work.
The Business Behind the Bookings
Strengthen the agreements and systems that support your work, protect your time and help you deliver consistently.
A Working Weekend
Bring your laptop and the business you’re building, whether it’s already running or still taking shape.
You’ll have time to work through decisions, develop your materials and ask questions specific to your practice. The aim is to leave with useful progress and a clearer understanding of how to move your business forward.
Course materials are included for continued reference.
Who This Is For
Sound and wellness practitioners who have training in their primary modality and want to strengthen the business side of their work.
You may be preparing to launch, receiving occasional bookings or ready to expand an established practice.
You do not need a finished website or a large following. Practitioners trained outside Mystic Meditations are welcome.
This course does not teach foundational facilitation skills.
About Kasia
Kasia is the founder of Mystic Meditations, a Vancouver-based practitioner education and wellness company.
Since 2022, she has built Mystic Meditations from the ground up into a six-figure business spanning practitioner education, sound and meditation programming, retreats, public events and partnerships, including hospitality wellness programming.
Professional Practice draws on the decisions and practical lessons behind that growth, taught through the realities of working in the wellness industry.
Tuition
$400 CAD
Mystic Meditations alumni: $300 CAD
The alumni rate applies to graduates of the Foundational Sound Practitioner Training or Advanced Facilitation Training.
Places in the first cohort are limited to allow time for practical work and feedback.
