About this Event
Explore sound healing as an embodied listening experience through recorded crystal singing bowl sounds, calming tones, gentle vibrations, rhythm, and silence. This in-person sound meditation invites you to unwind, restore, reconnect, and notice how sound influences your attention, emotions, and sense of presence.
Have you noticed how one sound helps you settle while another leaves you distracted, tense, or overwhelmed? Sound is part of everyday life, yet we may rarely pause to notice how we respond to rhythm, tone, vibration, and silence.
In this beginner-friendly, two-hour in-person workshop, you will explore sound as an embodied experience. Rather than being told what you should feel, you will be invited to listen, notice, compare, and reflect on your own responses. No previous experience with sound meditation, energy work, or EASE is required.
What We’ll Explore
• Notice how different sounds affect your attention, emotions, and physical experience.
• Explore relationships among sound, vibration, rhythm, and silence.
• Practice listening with greater presence and body awareness.
• Consider beliefs about particular frequencies without treating any response as universal.
• Develop a simple listening practice you can continue in everyday life.
What You Take With You
You leave with a clearer understanding of how you personally respond to sound, a greater ability to listen with presence, and a practical way to include intentional listening in your daily self-awareness practice.
Format and Participation
This is an interactive class held in-person. Participation supports connection, communication, and responsive facilitation during experiential exercises. You remain free to pause, modify, observe, or decline any individual practice.
Contact the organizer before registering if you need a participation or accessibility accommodation.
How This Fits Within EASE
This is one of four EASE Foundations experiences. Each workshop is a complete, standalone class offering practical ways to strengthen body awareness, presence, and connection with yourself. The workshops may be taken in any order. Together, they provide a broader foundation for embodied personal growth and for those who may later choose to explore deeper EASE training.
Important Considerations
This is an educational, experiential wellness workshop—not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. Ideas about particular frequencies are presented as beliefs and frameworks to explore, not as guaranteed effects. Your personal observations are central.
