Do you feel drawn to sound healing but are unsure where to begin?@everyoneJoin me for Sound Healing Training — Level 1, a practical and supportive introduction to working consciously, confidently and safely with therapeutic sound.
During this training, you will explore:
✨ The foundations of sound healing
✨ Tibetan singing bowls and therapeutic instruments
✨ Sound meditation and mindful listening
✨ Self-healing and personal sound practice
✨ The foundations of an individual sound healing session
✨ Safe and responsible practice
✨ Movement, awareness and the elements
No previous experience is required, and you do not need to own any instruments. Instruments will be available for you to explore and practise with during the weekend.
This course is taught in English and forms part of the CMA-accredited CPD training pathway offered by Nadabrahma Health Academy.

Friday: online, 7:30–9:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am–4:00 pm
Includes a 40-minute lunch break
