Courtney is nearing the completion of her Integral Sound Healing training! One of her assignments is to submit a video recording of one of her sound bath events in order to get feedback from her mentor. This restorative sound bath will be filmed and sent to Courtney's mentor. The camera will focus on Courtney as she plays her therapeutic instruments and leads the space. No participant faces or names will be included in the recording, and it will not be posted anywhere on the internet. The only people who will see this recording are Courtney and her Mentor, Hana!
You will experience guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and the healing sounds of the Shamanic frame drum, crystal singing bowls, and wave drum.
If you'd like to help Courtney with this assignment and experience a sound bath at a reduced price, now's your chance! Only $10 per person.
