You don't have to understand how sound works to feel what it can do.
There's something remarkable about lying back, closing your eyes, and experiencing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
One moment you're listening to beautiful sounds. The next, you may find yourself somewhere completely unexpected, experiencing deep stillness, vivid imagery, or a sense of connection that's difficult to put into words.
Come experience it for yourself.
Following the sound bath, you're invited to stay for tea and connection. Each guest will receive a small grounding stone to take home.
Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided for your comfort.
