Zykuria (holisticallyzy on Instagram), a Holistic Wellness Coach, Artist & Sound Healer will be hosting a sound bath at the temporary pop up off Millwood Ave called EPHEMERA. EPHEMERA, is a nighttime tea lounge designed for relaxation and exploration — a hub for free-thinkers and kindred spirits.
This Vibrational Sound Therapy session help you find your center and feel more grounded. Sound baths have used to ease pain, calm the mind, and support healing by using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes. For this gathering, is encouraged to bring a thick yoga mat, small pillow or bolster for your head, and wear soft, breathable clothing.
We also encourage you to bring in your own mug to enjoy the unique tea blends made by Zykuria, however cups will be provided. There is a free parking lot in the back of the building.
