〰️ Please arrive 10-15 minutes early!
〰️ Please be sure to dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat (the thicker the better) or an inflatable camping pad, like a Thermarest, blankets, or a sleeping bag and a pillow with you! Whatever your body needs to feel completely supported and comfortable laying on the floor for an hour.
〰️ Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
