Experience the healing energy of Reiki combined with beautiful sounds as you give yourself a mini-retreat in the Salt Caves.
We will begin each session with a sweet meditation and breathwork allowing your body and mind to relax. From there, you feel the power of deep relaxation through a sound bath with crystal bowls, the depth of sound through a Gong, and other sound instruments. The experience in combination with the magic of the salt caves, is designed to bring your mind, body and spirit into balance.
Energy follows intention. Knowing this we will begin our connection to the unique setting of the salt caves, allowing your bodies to receive the centuries old healing benefits of salt as we start our time together with a brief meditation to set our intention.
Throughout the session, you will experience the natural healing of reiki with the powerful deep relaxation of sound and deep breathing during this session. Some benefits of Reiki and sound include deep relaxation, stress reduction, and an opening of mind to reconnect to your inner creative self.
Feel your mind and body transform through this immersive experience into the salt caves bringing together sound, Reiki, breath and deep relaxation in one of the most magical settings in Minneapolis. Intuitive Healer, Coach and Reiki Master, Jean Nitchals will guide you through this experience. This class is limited to 12 participants.
PLEASE NOTE: we have a 48 hr cancelation policy due to the popularity of these classes. Please email us or leave a message if you cannot attend your session and we will try to fill it from our cancellation list.
We need a minimum of 6 participants for guided sessions. If spots don't fill, we will rebook you to another class of your choice.
