Join us for a nervous system nourishing sound bath session in the studio at Hawthorn & Honey on September 30th at 7:00 PM . Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you rest and restore your mind and body. Perfect way to unwind and recharge in a cozy, welcoming space. Bring a mat/blanket/pillow and get ready to drift away with the calming sounds of the crystal singing bowls. See you there!
We will have some blankets and pillows available to borrow if needed.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space. Sound bath will begin at 7pm. We will have a refreshing herbal tea blend waiting for you in the teapot!
