About this Event
🌟A Unique Meditation Experience That Will Leave You Relaxed + Inspired.🌟
🔌 Unplug from the constant stimulation, responsibilities and expectations.
🧘♀️ Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and meditation.
🎵🧘♀️What is a "Sound Bath"?
It's a form of meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from live instruments to guide your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. It's an incredible tool to help regulate your body's Nervous System, taking you out of "fight-or-flight" and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + present within your body.
👇🌟WHAT TO EXPECT:🌟👇
🧘♀️ Ground + Breathe🧘♀️
Gentle Grounding Warm-Up
(transition into meditation with more ease by connecting to your breath + body)
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation🧘♀️
A few minutes of Guided Meditation helps anchor you into a deeper state of relaxation.
🧘♀️ Good Vibrations🧘♀️
Lay back + relax as soothing sound vibrations wash over you from instruments like crystal singing bowls, meditation chimes, ocean drums + more!
✨BRING YOUR YOGA MAT. Optionally, also bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask and water bottle for extra comfort & coziness! 💗
We appreciate you doing your best to be on time. We offer a five minute grace period for late-comers but cannot guarantee entry if you are more than five minutes late, as it can be disruptive to others' experience.
Don't miss out on this chance to unwind, melt away your stress and leave you rejuvenated and refreshed! 🧘♀️
We can't wait to see you!
This often sells out so we recommend you RESERVE YOUR SPOT NOW.
