About this Event
Overview
What if you could release stress, reconnect, and awaken your creativity—simply by listening?
Life can be full and fast. Kahaanee : Creative Sound Alchemy invites you to pause and return to yourself — through sound, stillness, and story. All you need to do is lie back, breathe, and let the soothing resonance of sound guide you into deep relaxation and creative remembrance.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking calm, or simply craving time to reflect, this immersive experience will leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and creatively inspired.
What is Creative Sound Alchemy?
Kahaanee means story in Sanskrit — because every one of us carries a story within us.
Through the alchemy of sound — crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and gentle percussion — we reconnect with the creative energy that lives inside us.
Sound vibration soothes the nervous system, harmonises energy, and helps the mind slip into theta waves — the same state linked with deep meditation and creativity.
This is not just a sound bath — it’s a space of resonance, reflection, and renewal.
