Sound Bath for Rest & Relaxation
Start your week rested. For one hour every Monday evening, lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work. You’ll leave feeling rested, relaxed, and ready for the week ahead.
Crystal bowls are the heart of every session, chosen from our own collection of premium Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
Whether you’re new to sound baths or a regular, all are welcome.
What to Expect
Each week the bowls are joined by a rotating selection of other instruments, including drums, handpan, chimes, and live vocals.
Sessions are led by certified sound practitioners and trained musicians. Each soundscape draws on principles from music therapy, shaped to guide you into deep rest.

- Monday evenings, 7 to 8 pm
- Doors open at 6:45 pm. Please arrive early to settle in.
- $39 · Limited to 15 guests
- Cushioned mats, bolsters, and blankets provided. Bring any additional props you’d like.
