Join leading Yoga & Spiritual Teacher Scott Hutchison-McDade for a Sacred Sound Healing class. No experience is required. Experience the restorative power of Sound Healing, a therapeutic practice that utilizes gongs, singing bowls, bells, chimes, and other sacred instruments to create a harmonious blend of healing vibrations. These soothing sounds work to align the mind, body, and spirit, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and restoring energetic balance. As the calming tones envelop you, they encourage a meditative state, releasing tension and fostering deep inner peace. This session is ideal for anyone seeking tranquillity, emotional clarity, or a stronger connection to themselves. It serves as a sanctuary for renewal and transformation.
Some of the many benefits include:
- Improved Sleep
- Reduced Anxiety
- Improved Mood
- Reduced Pain
- Reduced Fatigue
- Stress reduction at a cellular level
This class involves no movement and is floor-based. Bolsters and blocks are provided for extra comfort. Chairs are available if unaided getting up and down from the floor is not feasible (please let us know upon arrival). All you need is comfy clothing, a water bottle, a blanket, and a pillow for extra comfort. We have spare yoga mats if you don’t have one.
