Join me for an immersive Sound Bath designed to offer a little breathing room from the busyness of everyday life. An hour to unwind, quiet the noise and enjoy the simple gift of doing nothing at all.
Just as nature begins to shift with the changing season, this is an invitation to turn inward, check in with yourself and make space for a little more ease.
Through gentle guided meditation and the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be invited to settle into stillness and experience a moment of calm.
There is nothing you need to do, fix or figure out. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to be immersed in the experience.
