Relax in the gorgeous surroundings of The Studio at Grove Farm Wellbeing Hub, a tranquil and idyllic location in Swanton Abbott near Aylsham, surrounded by the beauty of the North Norfolk countryside. The Studio is comfortable and warm with fantastic views and wonderful acoustics.We begin with a brief, guided meditation inspired by the season before being gentled lulled into a restful state with the sound. Sound has been used for centuries to promote healing, induce relaxation, relieve stress and pain, and restore a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit. Leave feeling uplifted and peaceful.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to use for the sound bath, and anything else that will help you feel more comfortable. Some people like a bolster or pillow under their knees, or additional mats for more padding, and some people like to bring their own garden chair or similar. You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is so important for you to be able to fully relax. Please note that the floor is wooden at this venue. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink of water with you. If you need to borrow any equipment for your experience please do let me know in advance of the session.
Free parking is available at Grove Farm, which is located just 10 minutes from Aylsham. There is a sign for the hub at the end of the driveway on the main road through Swanton Abbot.
