Join Theresa Fletcher at Flow Space VT for a Reiki Healing Sound Bath, a soothing and restorative evening designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.What to Bring: Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow to make yourself cozy.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you unwind and set a calm, intentional space. Then, let the soothing tones of reiki-infused crystal singing bowls wash over you, harmonizing your energy field and encouraging deep healing and relaxation.
The evening concludes with hot tea and a short moment to reflect and connect in a peaceful, supportive atmosphere.
Let the vibrations clear blockages, restore balance, and help you feel refreshed and aligned on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or a moment to recharge, this immersive experience is the perfect way to nurture yourself.
