A sound bath is a deeply immersive listening meditation where you rest comfortably while harmonic instruments (like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and bells) wash the room in vibration. Many people describe it as a full-body exhale, like your nervous system finally gets the memo that it’s safe to soften.

Sound isn’t just something you hear, it’s something you feel. Slow, steady tones can support the body’s natural shift out of “fight-or-flight” and into “rest-and-digest,” helping you unwind and settle. Research on sound meditation is still growing, but studies have found meaningful improvements in mood and tension after singing bowl–based sound meditation sessions.

• Yoga mat or something to lie on (if you don't have one, we have them for you)

• Pillow / eye mask (optional, but heavenly)

• This is a quiet, restful space. Please silence your phone and arrive on time.
• Sound baths may not be ideal if you’re extremely sound-sensitive. If you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker/implanted device, a seizure disorder, or a medical concern, consider checking with your healthcare professional first.
