Heeey BOOO!! DATE CHANGE for OCTOBER - 18th Sunday Oct 18th
👻 SERENITY SUNDAY: YOGA + SOUND BATH 👻
✨ Sunday, October 18 | 1–2 PM ✨
🎃 A little spooky. A lot of serenity.
This month, we’re bringing a little Halloween energy into our practice as we explore the idea of “checking your inventory.” 👀
In recovery, we’re encouraged to pause, look within, and honestly notice what we’re carrying. Is it resentment, fear, ego, expectations… and what might be ready to be released.
So this October, instead of checking your candy stash… 🍬
check your inventory. 📝👻
What are you holding onto that no longer serves you?
What are you ready to release?
Where could a little more honesty, humility, forgiveness, or grace create some freedom?
🧘♀️ We’ll begin with gentle body movement and yoga, moving into a grounding sound bath meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and release.
Come as you are.
No experience necessary.
Mats + chairs available.
✨ Work it, ’cause you’re worth it. ✨
