Come join Mwape at Cornerstone Community Centre in the Adelaide Room on Wednesday March 11, 2026 at 7:30 PM for a relaxing evening of sound and yoga.
Get ready to unwind, de-stress, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of 432hz crystal bowls and experience the harmonious vibrations that will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation. Allowing you float and flow through the rest of the week.
No experience is necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax. This event is perfect for anyone looking to find inner peace and balance in their life.
Come alone or bring a friend, and get ready to embark on a journey of self-care and tranquility.

Some Yoga mats, Eye masks, Blankets and Cushions are provided (feel free to bring your own) and it is recommended to wear something comfortable and cosy for maximum relaxation.
Participants must be 12+ and under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately Sound Baths are not suitable for:
- People prone to epileptic seizures
- People with Parkinson's using a DBS
- Those in their first trimester of pregnancy
- People with a pacemaker
- Those on Medic*tion for depression or Anxiety (please seek a doctor's advice prior to attending)
- People using hearing aid (unless they are willing to turn them off)

Arrival and Settling - 7:30pm
Doors close at 7:40pm
Please be advised that arrival after 7:40pm and unattendance is non refundable.

Opening Space begins at 7:40 and will be Closing Space at 8:40pm
We will open with a gentle yoga flow and meditation, then lay back and be bathed in sound, after the sound journey we will ground ourselves before having time for integration and reflection as we close the space.

Instruments included 432hz Crystal Bowls, Gong, Shamanic Drum, Tuning Forks, Ocean Drum, Crystal Chime, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Bowl and vocal toning.
