Reconnect Mindfulness
Magnetic Ideals are excited to announce this workshop as part of a free training and skills sessions programme to develop new skills and help build community through creativity and confidence building. The programme is here to help you Reconnect with your life and purpose, and we look forward to sharing this journey with you!
Taking time to pause and slow down in our lives is essential for our overall wellbeing.
Learning to have a slower pace in our lives, gives us the opportunity to not only pause but to calm our busy minds. Creativity in all its form is a great way to help you to boost your overall wellbeing.
Mindful Circle Weaving
Try your hand at weaving but instead of the usual rectangular weaving looms, we will be using circle hoops. There will be a range of textured wool in rich and vibrant shades to choose from. Weaving is a wonderful mindful technique, to help you relax and unwind.
This is a beginner friendly workshop, no experience needed and all materials provided.

The event is run by Magnetic Ideals, it is taking place in the Loft Room of the Cornerstone Community Centre, which is wheelchair accessible.
