We’re closing out a successful park series with intention, community, and a little fire!

Taking place during Taurus full moon season, this gathering will center around grounding, deep reflection, reconnecting with our physical senses, and making space to release what we no longer need.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Move freely and intentionally through yoga led by Kenisha Marie of BreatheWithKay
• Dive deeper with breathwork
• Enjoy snacks, games, and community
• Unwind with a beautiful sound bath
• Close out the evening with an activating fire performance by Anna Marie of @FreeToBeAnnaMarie

Let’s slow down, connect, release, and celebrate all that this season has brought us.

• Yoga mat
• Picnic blanket (optional, but highly encouraged to help us create the cozy outdoor vibe we’re going for!)
• Snacks for yourself or to share
• Games (optional)
• Bug spray, just in case!
• Warm and comfy clothes. It’s getting chilly out there!
• A FRIEND!!!
