Join us for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath Experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Through a blend of gentle stretching, intention setting, guided relaxation, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be invited into a meditative state where the body can soften and the mind can rest.
Using a variety of instruments tuned to stimulate and balance each chakra, this 90-minute experience supports your body’s natural energetic system while calming the nervous system and creating a sense of ease, spaciousness, and inner harmony.
We’ll begin with slow movement to release tension in the hips and shoulders, followed by time to settle into your cozy nest and learn a little about sound healing before dropping into a 45-minute sound bath journey.
