In this communal time of togetherness, we will embark upon a magical soul journey through the potent medicine of Sound and Cacao 🎶☕️✨
This profound combination of energies invites us to embrace a meaningful experience to bless the mind, body, and spirit.
Within this full hour sound bath, we will visit sacred sound scapes through crystal singing bowls, resonant gong wash, spirit songs, ethereal chimes, and the percussive expressions of buffalo drum, rain sticks, and ocean drum 💫
As we enter into cacao ceremony, we will share delicious spiced cacao and set intentions and prayers together, in the spirit of unity and harmony.
Ceremonial Cacao is revered for its heart-opening and heart-centering properties. It calls us into deeper connection with the Spirit of Love as we invite and embrace the magical energy of this healing elixir.
⭐️Cacao Ceremony Recommendations:
Cacao is the raw form of chocolate. I will be preparing ceremonial grade organic cacao spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, and clove, and sweetened with maple syrup. I usually add a plant milk variation, such as oat or almond, to give it a lovely creamy consistency.
I suggest eating light, grounding healthy food within at least an hour before or after partaking for the fullest experience. I also recommend avoiding heavily processed foods and alcohol the day of participation.
⭐️ For those who do not wish to partake of cacao but you’d like to attend the event, you may bring a substitute beverage of your choice such as herbal tea.

Studio provides: *blankets* *bolster pillows* blocks* *eye masks/pillows* (feel free to bring your own too, if you would rather 💚) *comfortable, cozy attire suitable for meditation*
