* Busy mind?* Busy home?
* Struggle to switch off?
* Would love to take some time to unwind and move from busy to bliss?
Our monthly relaxation event could be just what you’re looking for. We’ll start by focussing our mind and breath, very gently stretch our bodies and then lie down (or sit) for a guided relaxation.
One hour just for you to relax and restore your mind and body.
Sound like what you need? - the link to book is in the comments.
Have questions? - pop them in the comments or feel free to get in touch and I’ll gladly assist.
Hopefully see you there.
