From 2001-2005, a weekly underground hip-hop party started in downtown Toronto. At a time when hip-hop venues rarely booked hip-hop nights, 'Souled Out' emerged as a weekly event that united an emerging community of DJ's, Artists, Dancers, and Hip-Hop enthusiasts. On October 30th, we will celebrate this legendary party again... The Halloween Edition...
