About this Event
Life can sometimes feel like one long list of things to do, and we can easily fall into the habit of always rushing, always thinking, and always mentally in the future or the past.
Even when you're craving stillness, having an overactive nervous system can make switching off another impossible task.
Soul Sunday is a gentle experience combining body-based somatic practices, gentle breath work, and an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath, created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, ease stress and anxiety, and reconnect with yourself and your body.
What you'll enjoy
〰️ Gentle Somatic Movement
Through simple, accessible movements and body-awareness practices, you'll have the opportunity to notice where you're holding tension, reconnect with physical sensations and explore what it feels like to slow down. No previous experience required.
〰️ Grounding and Mindful Breathing
Take a pause from the constant stream of thoughts and bring your attention back to the present moment. You'll be guided through gentle practices you can also explore in your everyday life.
〰️ An Immersive Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath
Get comfortable, settle into stillness and let the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls guide you into deep relaxation.
〰️ Tools to Take Away
You’ll learn evidence-based practices to use in your everyday routine to help reduce and manage the symptoms of stress and anxiety in a healthy way.
