Join us in person for a deep dive into those truths we've all been sidestepping. This is a Black-woman-centered, but open to any woman who feels aligned to attend. This event is all about peeling back layers and getting real with what truly matters. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your open mind. Let’s explore together and uncover what’s been hiding in plain sight!

Info: A grounding introduction on self-abandonment, power, and the ways we learn to edit ourselves.

Embodied Warm-Up: Coming Back Into the Body
Info: A short, guided grounding practice to help participants arrive fully, release tension, and reconnect with their physical presence before reflection begins. (No movement experience required.)

The Take Back: Reclaiming Power & Boundaries
Info: A guided teaching exploring the three ways women lose themselves through over-giving, shrinking, and silence, with practical tools for reclaiming your voice.
