Soul Circle is a women's circle with a difference. A circle which combines sharing and shamanic practice with real time energy healing to release and let go of old patterns and beliefs whilst creating the new. The Autumn Reset circle offers a space to support and soothe your body and mind as we transit from Summer to Autumn and as we try to make sense of the changing seasons in the world around us and our own lives. Autumn is a place of cocooning, a turn inwards to self reflection and nourishment. In Soul Circle I will guide you to reach the places deep within that are seeking support and sustenance at this time.

Each circle follows the same rhythm, held in sacred space, connecting with our guides and ancestors with intention. Each circle is guided by the energies of the moment and is a safe space to explore shamanic practice and the wisdom of the cycles. Each afternoon will combine practices including and not restricted to:
Opening of sacred space
Sound and Movement
Sharing circle
Drum Journey
Nature connection
Chloe will intuitively guide you through a series of practices to support you in coming into connection with yourself and the natural rhythms of nature.
Whether you have worked with the shamanic realms before or are curious to find out more, this is the space for you.
