You are warmly invited to discover how the three ancient Jewish autumn festivals—Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot—lay the spiritual foundation for our modern Thanksgiving, revealing their ultimate fulfillment in Christ.Rosh Hashanah (The Feast of Trumpets): A joyful reflection on God as the Creator and Sustainer of our world, calling us to offer heartfelt gratitude for the gift of life and His daily providence.
Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement): A sacred reminder of grace, pointing directly to Jesus as our ultimate High Priest, whose final sacrifice brings true reconciliation and peace.
Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles): A vibrant autumn harvest celebration that directly inspired our Thanksgiving holiday, reminding us to dwell in God's presence with joy and humble gratitude.
Together, these sacred traditions invite us to deepen our gratitude, celebrate God’s enduring faithfulness, and see our Thanksgiving traditions through the beauty of Christ’s fulfillment.
