Join us for our Sonic Floating Sound Bath along the Riverwalk at Aloft Hotel Downtown Tampa.
Slip on your wireless headphones, tune out the world, and immerse yourself in soothing frequencies and a custom guided meditation as you float effortlessly in the water.
The headphone experience allows you to fully sink into the sound, your breath, and the present moment while the city moves around you.
Whether you're floating in the water or relaxing poolside, this immersive experience is designed to calm your nervous system, restore your energy, and guide you back into your body.
Expect to leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and blissfully renewed.
Ticket Options (please read carefully)
Floating Ticket:
Yes, you’re actually floating in the pool! Floats are provided. Please bring a towel or small blanket you’re comfortable getting a little damp.
Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled into the water.
Poolside Ticket:
Relax poolside on a lounge chair or yoga mat. This dry option offers a grounding experience close to the water. Please bring your own mat, blanket, and props for maximum comfort.
*Tickets do not include a drink at this venue. However, there is a full bar to order a beverage.
What to Bring:Please Note:
- A small blanket or large towel
- Comfort props (eye mask, pillow, bolster, etc.)
- Water bottle and open heart
What to Wear:
Most guests don’t get wet, but feel free to wear a swimsuit, shorts, or anything comfortable.
Parking:
Event valet is available for $10.
Other details:
- No refunds within 7 days of the event
- In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for the following week
- No lockers provided, please leave valuables at home
- If you have any physical limitations, we recommend a poolside ticket for comfort and accessibility
