About this Event
This blended event combines Breath & Sound to create a potent, transformational healing journey.
We begin with a gentle movement practice of tapping, shaking and Chi Kung - all designed to decompress your joints and release stored tension before settling into the floor and the deep reservoir of transformation available to us......just breathe.
You will be gently guided through an opening Breathwork session skillfully supported by 432 Hz Crystal Bowls and live Didgeridoo!
The music continues with Sitar, Binaural Beats, Gongs, Koshi Chimes and more! Sound Alchemist and Reiki Master Teacher Lisa Swisher will be leading you on this Medicine Music journey. She is accompanied by Sean Pepers & Friends on drums, sitar and didgeridoo.
Reiki energy heals. So does Conscious Breath, Music and pure Sound. They are all flowing freely into the group!
Please arrive a little early to sign in, get settled and enjoy our live musicians playing Sitar and Tabla. Wear comfy clothing. If you prefer to stay seated and meditate, there are plenty of comfy, well padded chairs. If you're lying down, bring a thick yoga mat or camping pad, pillow, blanket & eye pillow (if needed), and a desire to be uplifted and transported through sacred sound!
