For three years now Adam Carroll and I have hosted a fall songwriting workshop in Gruene. This year it's Sunday, November 1st, 11am to 4pm, with HalleyAnna Finlay hosting alongside us.We trade ideas on what works and how to find the next songs the universe calls you to write. Inspiration, editing, cowriting, and the daily habits that turn up song seeds: writing, listening, reading, and playing your instrument. Some of the best stuff comes up in the small conversations, over lunch or in a corner of the yard, so bring your questions.
For beginners and more advanced songwriters alike. $185 includes lunch. Seats are limited. The address and a few more details go out by email when you register.
