This course is designed to give you the tools, science and somatic wisdom to move beyond teaching shapes and begin guiding your students to listen deeply to their body’s cues for true embodiment. Somatic yin is not about the outward shapes you can create with the body, but the internal space you can facilitate within. During the course, you will gain a deeper understanding of Somatics, nervous system care, fascia and TCM and how they all interlink to create and facilitate embodied practices.
