The Healing Haven is officially open, and on Friday, September 18 we're celebrating with the people who made it real: a somatic session, a sound bath, flowers, cake, and a room full of friends.This is The Healing Event — the first of what's going to be an annual tradition. Not a launch party. Not a pitch. Just a thank-you, in a small room, on purpose.

- Doors open at 5 PM.
- Greet everyone and get a drink.
- Helen leads a gentle somatic session (no experience required).
- Enjoy a sound bath by lying back and closing your eyes.
- Finish with a treat from The Healing Haven.
