Somatic Nervous System Reset
This workshop is an introduction to embodied freedom through movement and somatic practice. Together, we will explore gentle yet powerful techniques designed to support the release of stored stress, trauma, and stagnant energy from the body.
You will learn tools such as somatic sensing and tracking, heart-focused breathing, nervous system soothing techniques, EFT tapping, shaking, and intuitive movement. We will also explore dance as a somatic tool for expression, integration, and deeper embodiment.
We’ll close the experience with grounding practices to integrate and anchor the energy—returning home to the heart and the wisdom within.
This space is designed to help you step out of the overactive mind and into the intelligence of the body. To move through awkwardness, stagnation, stress, anxiety, and anger—and reconnect with play, love, joy, and your own inner spirit.
