About this Event
Hi! My name is Kelly and I love empowering women at any and all stages of their lives. Gathering together with babies to co-regulate, move, and connect with others is something women need even more so when experiencing pregnancy or the first year of their newborns life.
Major tenet of this mother's circle are:
1. Compassionate Witnessing (No fixing)We hold each other through presence, not solutions. We trust each mother's wisdom and offer advice only when invited.
2. Emotions are more than welcome. Tears, rage, grief, laughter, silence. We honor pace for the full spectrum of being, without judgment for one another.
3. Self-reflection is your greatest tool. You are responsible for your inner experience. Ask for support if needed.
What to expect in this experience:
- Arriving— Gentle pre and postnatal somatic to settle into the body.
- Connection — Guided humming, singing, and breath to deepen mother-baby attunement and group resonance.
- Receive — A baby-safe sound immersion to encourage rest and relaxation.
- Be Held — A closing circle with herbal tea where mothers witness and support one another through shared experiences.
