Module 4: Somatic Exercise Teacher Training — NMP Method (In Person)Begin learning hands-on clinical techniques through Assisted Pandiculation.
Module 4 is where your NMP Somatics training comes to life in a whole new way.
This immersive, two-day, in-person training bridges the gap between teaching somatic exercise and beginning hands-on clinical work. You'll continue your own embodied learning while being introduced to the foundations of Assisted Pandiculation—the gentle, hands-on technique used to help clients restore natural movement, reduce chronic muscle tension, and improve neuromuscular control.
Throughout the two days, you'll work directly with classmates, giving and receiving hands-on practice under close supervision in a supportive learning environment.
During Module 4, you'll explore:
• The foundations of Assisted Pandiculation techniques
• Safe body mechanics and practitioner positioning
• Hands-on communication and touch skills
• Functional movement assessment and observation
• Body image, mirror neurons, and motor learning
• Breathing patterns and their role in movement
• Walking and gait integration
• Clinical applications of neuromuscular re-patterning
• A preview of NMP – NeuroFlow™
This module is highly experiential and is often described as a turning point in the training, as students begin to understand how movement education and hands-on work complement one another.
