Each session begins with a calming sound bath, flowing into a guided visualization, and concludes with additional time to immerse in the soothing sounds. Over time, this series supports participants in growing comfortable with their gifts, gaining insight, and ultimately creating a personal life purpose statement.

Group Sound bath sessions will be on September 29th, October 13th and October 27th. The alternate weeks will be a scheduled one on one session with Pat to review the previous week's content.
This series includes 3 guided group sound bath sessions, plus homework.

Darren offers both group and one-on-one sessions, holding space for transformation through the healing power of sound.
