Somatic Alchemy: Release, Restore & Reconnect is an embodied journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore gentle ways of releasing what you may be carrying.
Through intentional movement, breath, meditation, and sound, we’ll shift our attention away from overthinking and into the language of the body, sensation, breath, movement, stillness, and awareness.
The intention isn’t to force the body to release anything. Instead, we create space to listen, soften, move, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
Come as you are. No previous experience is necessary.
Please bring: a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Release what feels ready.
Restore what has been depleted.
Reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
