You've worked hard for what you have. But somewhere along the way, our things can start to own us — and the thought of letting go can feel overwhelming, even impossible.
For this gathering of the Solo Navigator Club, we're welcoming guest speaker Jennifer Vazquez of JV The Coach, a Declutterer, Organizer & Mindset Coach who specializes in helping people release the emotional ties that keep them stuck and find the freedom that comes with letting go.
Jennifer will guide us through the emotional side of downsizing: why we hold on, what our things really mean to us, and how we can begin to release them with intention and peace. This is not about ruthless minimalism. It's about making conscious choices about what you carry with you into the next chapter of your life.
This session is for you if:
· You've been thinking about downsizing but don't know where to start emotionally
· You want to get your home in order but feel paralyzed by the memories attached to your things
· You're a solo ager who wants to make thoughtful decisions about your belongings — on your own terms
The Solo Navigator Club is a community for solo agers — those who are single, widowed, childless, or navigating life's later chapters without a traditional support system. All are welcome.
