About this Event
You showed up — and that’s what matters. 🖤 Join us for a FREE 3-mile community walk, run, or skate along the beautiful Miami waterfront 🌴 Whether you’re just getting started or already active, this space is for YOU. Sole & Wheels is all about building a supportive community where showing up is the real win no pressure, no pace, just movement, connection, and good vibes. The event will take place on April 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Hobie Island Beach (Windsurfer Beach), located at 3300 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL. IMPORTANT: We will meet at the FIRST parking lot on the right when entering Key Biscayne — if you pass the first entrance, you’ve gone too far. This is a 3-mile walk, run, or skate open to all fitness levels, and dogs & kids are welcome 🐶👶. RSVP is REQUIRED to receive a medal 🏅 — this month’s theme is “You Showed Up,” because showing up is the hardest part and you did that. Please bring water, comfortable shoes or skates, and good energy ✨. Hosted by Chicky Lulu, founder of Sole & Wheels. Follow @soleandwheels for updates — we’ll post the exact meet-up spot the morning of the event. Come solo or bring a friend — either way, you won’t feel alone here
