No burlesque experience necessary to attend this class! Come as you are and let's dance darling. This is a low impact class meaning it's friendly on the joints.

Step into your power and learn how to captivate a crowd with confidence, charm, and intention. This workshop explores stage presence techniques, how to authentically connect with your audience, harness your energy, & use musicality with tease to build anticipation and draw them in. Designed to help you move boldly, perform fearlessly, and leave your audience wanting more.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

WEAR: Anything that makes you feel comfortable darlings! I want you to feel gorgeous, so wear whatever helps you feel that way. Is it lingerie? Is it active wear? It is a giant garbage bag? Whatever it is, wear it! Heels are optional in all my classes, bare feet is absolutely fine by me.
FLOOR FLOW – Lines, Tricks, & Combinations (Int/Adv)
Got your basics down? Go you good thing, let’s take our work down low, up to the next level!
Build confidence, control, and strength while we explore gorgeous lines, interesting transitions, and eye catching tricks.
You’ll learn impressive floor combinations designed to improve flow, musicality, and performance quality. Blend technique with style to create movement that’s both captivating and stage ready. Perfect for performers wanting to add drama, elegance, and impact to their floorwork.
This class will be thick and juicy and full of information. You will walk away from this workshop a little sore, but you will be overflowing with new ideas. Bettie will teach you a piece of burlesque choreography to perform at the end of class in groups. It's sexy, it’s powerful, it's so much fun.
This class is suitable for those at an intermediate and beyond level.
