About this Event
On Thursday, November 5th from 5-8 PM at the Multnomah Arts Center, we're gathering for an evening celebrating solar successes and the people that make them possible. Whether you're a long-time advocate or just passionate about solar and energy efficiency, we'd love you to join us!
Event Highlights Include:
- 5:00 PM – Mingle and bid on silent auction items, from wine and gift cards to home energy consultations and a cozy cabin getaway! Delight in a taco bar dinner from ¿Por Qué No? and enjoy homemade desserts prepared by our event committee.
- 6:00 PM - Hear guest speakers share solar success stories from small to large across Oregon including community solar projects, solar in schools, and solar on farms (agrivoltaics). Featured speakers include Dan Orzech, Executive Director of the Oregon Clean Energy Alliance, and General Manager of the Oregon Clean Power Co-op, along with Narendra Varma, Executive Director of Our Table Co-op.
- 6:30 PM - Get updates from Solar Oregon staff and longstanding volunteers on how they have been helping Oregonians transition to solar and energy-efficient solutions over the last year.
