About this Event
Whether you’re working towards your first pull-up or muscle-up, or looking to refine and elevate your technique, this session is for you. Expect full-body conditioning with a special focus on both upper-body strength and lower-body power. As SOL is rooted in community, you’ll also meet like-minded people on the same journey.
What to expect:
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed into the space where you can meet Matt Rodwell from Arc and SOL founder Savannah, as you ease into your warm-up. Fifteen minutes in, we’ll kick off the session with Matt guiding you through the foundations of the workout. At moments you may partner up or move in small groups — connection is part of the experience.
We’ll finish with complimentary protein bars to refuel and celebrate the work you’ve put in.
Who’s it for?
A mixed class for women and men of all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Everyone is welcome.
These sessions will run monthly, and you’re invited to join as regularly as it serves you. The intention is to build genuine connection with like-minded people, supporting you through movement, community, and personal growth.
Fitness alone can feel like a chore — together, it becomes something meaningful, energising, and fun.
