Together, we'll celebrate another year of narrative repair, creative expression and collective imagination while helping fuel the next chapter of our work. Come raise a glass, nourish your spirit, and invest in the stories that move us all forward.
The Black River Life Holiday Soirée & Fundraiser is our signature year-end celebration, bringing together artists, supporters, partners and community members for an evening of storytelling, live performance and creative connection.
The evening serves three purposes:
- Celebrate another year of Black River Life's impact.
- Premiere original works by the BLK RVR Artist Collective.
- Raise critical operating support for Black River Life's nonprofit cultural arts programming.
Rather than a traditional gala, you'll experience an intimate theatrical salon that feels more like stepping into Black River Life's living room than attending a fundraiser.

Featured Artist Performance
Fresh off her acclaimed appearance at Black River Thursdays, nationally recognized vocalist Eloni Yawn and the Eclipze Band will close the evening with a soulful, genre-bending performance spanning jazz, house, funk, and R&B—an unforgettable celebration of Black musical tradition and joy.
